Hillcrest Meat Processing is a one-stop custom butchering shop serving Oconto County, WI and the surrounding region since 2018. They offer custom processing for a wide variety of meats, including beef, pork, venison, sheep, and goat. The meat you drop off is the meat you get back...guaranteed. They make sausage, sticks, ring bologna, & wieners, and they also provide smoked curing. Hillcrest accepts deer during the gun deer hunting season, from 6am until 6pm. Deer can be dropped off after hours if pre-arranged. Absolutely no Sunday drop-offs.
