Black Angus. Grain, grass and hay finished. We charge $6.50 a lb based off of hanging weight. We strive for 400 lb halves or 800 lb wholes. 400 lb halves should produce around 250 lbs of meat. Whole beef would be twice that. A half at 400 lbs would be $2,600. All figures are approximate. We cover processing fees and meat is vacuum sealed. Individual retail cuts are also available.
