We are a venison processor. We are the only venison processor in South Carolina that ages all venison 7 to 14 days. We only produce venison with zero game flavor. Myself Roper Wilkes and my wife Joan are the owners. I am a culinary arts graduate and my resume includes 25 years as a corporate chef in the Myrtle Beach South Carolina area. All of the procedures that we use to produce Venison with ZERO GAMEY TASTING VENISON are the same exact steps & procedures used by the Beef & Pork Industries.
