The Prime Butcher delivers custom cut meats fresh to order from our (butcher's) block to your (home) block. For over 30 years, our parent company, Weiss Provision, has been providing unique, center of the plate cuts for many of the top restaurants and country clubs in the city of Pittsburgh. Now, you can cook up those same mouth-watering, restaurant quality dishes in the comfort of your own home. Take advantage of our delivery option in select locations across the city, or we'd love to see your faces for easy pickup at our location in the Strip District!
