Since 1992, we have been a full line retail meat shop with in house butchers. All of our fresh meat products are cut in house and never pre packaged and no preservatives added. We smoke all of our own smoked meats and cheese. We take pride in our business and offer only very high quality products. Along with retail, we offer a full line catering menu from small get-togethers to large events.
