We are a custom butcher that can cut to order. We sell only Certified Angus Beef which is the best Angus beef available. Here are a few things we make in the shop, Sausages from local hogs, meatballs, chicken salad and pimento cheese. We make fresh sandwich's from Amish Deli meats & cheeses including Reuben & build your own, also have a great meatball sub. You can also pick up your deli needs from us, We partner with Certified Angus beef and Walnut Creek Foods to bring you the best foods possible.
