We offer whole, half or quarter beef shares. We also have a bundled box of beef and lamb, a family beef box and individual cuts of meat! Farm-direct, the meat is USDA inspected, freezer ready, with our label, in heavy duty, vacuum sealed packaging. We also take custom orders and offer a monthly subscription service with seasonal favorites including ribeye and tenderloin steaks, NY strips, brats, ribs, roasts, ground beef, various lamb sausages, lamb chops, french rack of lamb, and leg of lamb. Know where your meat comes from and how it was raised. First hand from the farmer!
