We source locally grown meats in multiple fashions. We grow beef and pork on our own personal farm, purchase locally grown animals from other farmers, and purchase locally grown and processed products from other providers. Everything is processed at our processing plant, M.L. Mitchell and Son Meat Processing, just 4 blocks from the store. We currently provide pre-cut, frozen meats, but as we continue to grow, look for fresh, cut-to-order meats!
