In the mountains of Franklin, North Carolina, we have a growing cow/calf Charolais herd. Charolais are a French breed that tend to be leaner which makes for great beef. Located in Whistle Stop Furniture, we have beef, pork, and honey along with some other products we hope you love! We stock frozen grass-fed beef in on-site freezers, allowing for convenient ordering and pick-up. Call ahead at (828) 349-0099 to find out what we have in stock. Sampler packs of 30# and 50# offer the best value and are labeled with quantities and weights so you know exactly what you’re getting.
