We started in 2005 as a deer processing facility and thousands of customers later we decided to become and inspected facility. With over 30 years experience in the meat industry with roots that started with 13 years meats cutting with Winn-Dixie grocery stores. We process beef, pork and deer. NCDA custom retail certified. All our meats are vacuum sealed. All steers farm raised locally with no hormones or antibiotics. Please call before you come as our hours flex.
