We are a grass fed beef producer located in Central New Mexico and can deliver our high quality product state wide. Our beefs are raised on native grass, weaned on native grass, and finished on native grass for an extremely high end and delicious final product. We sell by the whole, half, quarter, and eighth of beef on custom orders. We use a local butcher for our custom processing to enhance our product with a 14-21 day dry ageing process.
