Iverstine Butcher is Baton Rouge's only whole animal butchers shop. We source responsibly raised meats from local farmers and ranchers and process and produce all of our butcher products in house. We have an eatery on site featuring daily plate lunch specials, burgers, and sandwiches, using meats from our butcher shop.
