UE Legacy Beef is a 104 year old and counting tradition providing Premium Colorado Beef to friends and family. Our cattle are raised on the wide open spaces of Southern Colorado with no hormones, steroids or antibiotics. Our family, now into the 3rd, 4th and 5th generation, have been caring for the land and cattle on this same ranch since 1916. We are honored to invite you to join our ever increasing circle of friends and family!
